The new SICAD warehouse is part of a large area occupied by an  industrial complex that is functionally used for the production and  storage of adhesive tapes. The project has regarded the construction  of a new prefabricated building for the processing of adhesive tapes  and the storage of raw materials required for processing.

The following areas are identified in the project building:

• area used for storing raw materials,
• area used for processing,
• area used as a technical room / storage of maintenance materials.

The structure of the building is prefabricated with internal mezzanines in metal carpentry. The technological systems are located on the roof.
