The new project for the entrance of the Real Estate complex of Via Rivoltana 2D arises from the determination of the Client to enhance the management complex, realizing an entrance building with a significant architectural impact.

The new reception recovers the curvilinear shape of existing staircases, presenting a sequence of elliptical and circular shapes that formally disconnect from squared buildings and create a highly characterized set of elements that identify the entrance to the complex.
The elliptical shelter is supported by a metal structure and leans on the reception and on a column located on the opposite side.
The two spiral stairs, coated with sheet metal strips, and in the transparent bands of calandrate stretched sheet, turn into two visible landmarks from Rivoltana Road. The intervention also involves the internal office spaces.
