The area of the intervention, owned by the San Pellegrino Nestlè  Waters Group, is located in the south-east area of the Municipality  of Castrocielo in the province of Frosinone.

The project intervention has involved an existing industrial area  consisting of:

• industrial buildings;
• buildings for office use;
• buildings for technical areas;
• support buildings (Purifier, Enel Electric Cabin, Fire-fighting tank);
• asphalted areas for maneuvring vehicles;
• green areas.

The redevelopment of the site has required the demolition of  the perimeter buildings excluding the Enel Cabin and the Fire-fighting Tank, the restructuring of the main building dedicated  to production with the construction of a new technological area,  the reorganization of the external accommodations including the  building of ancillary works.
