The redevelopment of the property located in Via Meravigli 12/14, owned by the company Antirion SGR S.p.A. involved the complete renovation of the internal spaces, both from an architectural and plant engineering point of view, with the aim of reorganizing the spaces in an organic way as well as improving energy performance.

The different work areas have been adapted to the needs of the new Tenants according to the most modern technological and finishing standards of office buildings.

The particular and important architectural language of the facades was maintained without substantial changes to the overall architecture of the building, but was enhanced by a radical cleaning of all parts and with the complete renovation of the external windows and doors. The building that houses the new Ernst & Young headquarters has obtained LEED Gold sustainability certification.
