The renovation of Antirion SGR S.p.A. new offices was born from a careful study of existing spaces and the functional and working needs of society. The project was adapted to the pre-existing distribution solution featuring two symmetrical corridors with respect to the main entrance over which office and meeting rooms are facing; the entrance has been enhanced with the creation of a custom designed wooden counter integrated with the new false ceiling, characterized by the presence of spotlights and led lights that point out the edges by distancing it from the wall and from the false ceiling.
The main work spaces are organized in an open-space environment in which furnishings are designed to form operational and functional islands in accordance with the most modern working standards. The main corridor was fitted with custom wall-hanging cabinets with sliding doors. The cabinet colours refers to the design of pre-existing marble flooring.
Particular attention has been paid to the study of lighting, the arrangement of lighting fixtures and the predisposition of plasterboard elements with the function of shielding direct artificial light to contribute to the design of an optimal visual comfort. Ceiling lighting in the corridors has been masked by linear vaults in plasterboard that contribute to characterizing space while work spaces present new plasterboard flat countertops and removable metal panels that shield the lights and help get a optimal visual comfort.
The project also foresees the restoration of existing interior doors, window frames and wooden boiserie that have been completely preserved and painted in white color.
